[NEW] Terms of Service for Sports Square

Welcome to Sports Square!

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the Sports Square website (the "Website"). You agree to be bound by these Terms by accessing or using the Website. If you disagree with any part of these Terms, then you may not access or use the Website.

1. Content Ownership

The content of this website, including but not limited to articles, opinions, graphics, images, and videos (the "Content"), is protected by copyright and other intellectual property laws. Unless otherwise stated, Sports Square owns all rights to the content. If you want to use part of it, contact Smayan Srikanth. If you copy straight from Sports Square, you will be subject to copyright infringement.

2. User Conduct

You agree to use the Website lawfully and respectfully. You agree not to:

• Use the Website for any illegal or unauthorized purpose.

• Violate any applicable laws or regulations.

• Infringe on the rights of others, including intellectual property rights.

• Transmit any material that is hateful, discriminatory, obscene, threatening, or defamatory.

• Disrupt the normal operation of the Website with viruses or other malicious code.

• Impersonate any person or entity.

3. User Comments

The Website may offer comment sections where users can submit their opinions and ideas. You are solely responsible for the content of your comments. You agree that your comments will not violate any of the provisions outlined in Section 2 ("User Conduct").

You may not advertise your Substack post in the comments section unless:

1. The post has been released

2. It has >10 likes (If it only has a like or has 0 likes, this rule can be bypassed.)

3. It has information related to the title of the Sports Square post.

4. It has information related to your comment.

5. One Sports Square mutual has liked the post (Smayan Srikanth does not count).

The reasons for these rules would be that Sports Square admins do not like to advertise any false content (because the motto of Sports Square has always been to give the best content and real news) and also do not want to endorse anyone’s content (the Sports Square admins want something in return [likes, subscribers, shares, etc]).

Sports Square reserves the right to edit, remove, or refuse to post any comment that it deems to violate these Terms.

4. Limitation of Liability

Sports Square shall not be liable for any damages arising from your use of the website, including but not limited to direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages.

5. Termination

Sports Square may terminate your access to the Website at any time if you break any of the terms of service. A warning will be given.

6. Changes to the Terms

Sports Square reserves the right to update these Terms at any time. We will notify you of any changes by posting the new Terms on the Website. You are advised to review these Terms periodically for any changes.
